Privacy Policy

NOTICE OF PRIVACY POLICY

PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE - The trust of our customers is extremely important to us.  Protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal and financial information is one of our highest priorities. The following privacy statement explains how International City Bank (ICB) collects, uses and protects your information.  You do not need to take any action as a result of this notice, but you do have certain rights as described below.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU - ICB collects information about you from the following sources:

  • Information you provide to us on applications or other forms
  • Information regarding your transactions with ICB
  • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency
  • Information we receive regarding your transactions with other parties

INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE ABOUT YOU - ICB does not disclose any information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law.  An example of this might include disclosure necessary to service your account or prevent unauthorized transactions.

We do not sell your information to third parties.  We also maintain policies and procedures that are intended to ensure the responsible handling of your nonpublic personal information.  Nonpublic personal information means information about you that we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service to you.  Nonpublic information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records.  

CONFIDENTIALITY, SECURITY, AND INTEGRITY OF YOUR INFORMATION - We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about ICB customers to our employees and other authorized individuals (e.g. auditors and independent contractors) who have a need to know such information.  We train our employees on the importance of customer privacy and confidentiality and require other authorized individuals who may have access to your information to agree to abide by ICB’s policies regarding the protection of nonpublic personal information.  We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to ensure the confidentiality of the nonpublic personal information of our customers.

MAINTAINING ACCURATE INFORMATION - We have procedures in place that help us to maintain your financial information in an accurate and up-to-date manner.  If you believe that your account information is inaccurate or incomplete, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate the error.

INFORMATION REGARDING FORMER CUSTOMERS - We maintain the same privacy policy regarding the maintenance and disclosure on nonpublic personal information about former customers as we do regarding current customers.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY - We may add to, delete from, or change the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time.
